I’ve sat here for ages trying to register and it won’t even recognise my mobile number or email address 🤦🏻‍♀️

Please kindly add the filter option so that one can easily filter by Location, Job Type or even Categories. 

It’s difficult when so many jobs are posted and only by scrolling is the way to find the job

I’ve been told to download this ‘wonderful’ app however, I cannot even get it to recognise my mobile number or email address! Awful app. Would give no stars but if wouldn’t let me

Initially logged in no problem, doesn’t recognise my email address or my password. Updates realised without though testing, making the app completely useless. 
In short why get rewarded for a job well done, if you can’t access it . Poor programming

App keeps freezing- needing to re download from AppStore each time want to open it- will let me on once- then just shows a white screen and need to delete it and reboot .

So I’ve shared a few jobs along the south coast. The app was working fine but now for some reason when I try go into my settings the app auto closes and the points are stuck on 21 never goes past 21 no matter how many shares I’m doing? Someone help or know what’s going on here? Thanks for any feedback

I have had the pleasure of working with Lou and the team at care friends for many years and have to say they are the most wonderful and helpful team. 

They have always been highly responsive to any questions or requests, though we have rarely had any issues with the system, if we ever have, they have always helped us resolve very quickly and the whole team is so kind, warm and professional. 

We have always been left with such a wonderful impression and when you are facing day to day stresses, it is always a pleasure to have that positive and warm attitude from those we work with.

Care in Hand would like to thank the team for all the support and warmth they have extended to us over the years. 

We would highly recommend this company and rewards programme to any business who would like to reward their staff, whilst receiving top-class service and reasonable pricing.

App doesn’t work. After putting my mob number in, requires a 4 digit code which I type in. Everrytime I put in the code it comes with a message to say ‘this is not a correct code’.
