I submitted a genuine hospital claim of ₹30,000 with all the original documents, but they without a proper explanation reject Every time I follow up, customer support comes up with new excuses and asks for documents that were already submitted. It is completely frustrating and a total waste of money and time. Better to choose other reliable insurance providers than dealing with this harassment during emergencies. This policy was taken for my mother, and despite paying a significant premium and submitting all the required medical documents and doctor’s justifications, the claim has been rejected three times. What is most frustrating is that I do not feel the case was properly evaluated. We provided all the relevant medical records and explanations, but the claim was still rejected without a satisfactory and convincing justification. The whole purpose of health insurance is to provide financial support during a medical emergency. After paying high premiums, facing repeated claim rejections is extremely disappointing and has seriously affected my trust in the company. My family health insurance renewal for my wife and daughter is due in three days. Based on this experience, I am now planning to move my family’s insurance to another provider. Based on my personal experience, I would strongly recommend that people carefully evaluate Care Health Insurance and the claim settlement process before purchasing a policy. I would also suggest doing thorough independent research before buying insurance through Policybazaar or any other aggregator, rather than relying solely on their recommendations. Care Health Insurance needs to provide much better transparency, proper claim evaluation, and clear explanations for claim decisions. Very bad experience. I purchased a Care Health Insurance policy with the FITPASS/Be-Fit benefit, but the gyms that were initially available in my area are no longer accessible. Even the gyms that are currently being shown in the app are **not accessible to me**. When I try to register/access them, it shows **“Registration Device does not match”**, so I am unable to use the benefit at all. I have contacted customer support multiple times and sent emails, but I am not getting a proper response or a meaningful resolution. I have been following up again and again, and it is extremely frustrating to keep explaining the same issue without anyone actually resolving it. My account has been blocked since 3 June, even though my insurance policy is active. I have contacted customer support multiple times, but there has been no proper resolution or clear explanation. It’s been weeks and my account is still blocked. This is unacceptable for a service that people rely on for their fitness routine. Please unblock my account as soon as possible and improve your customer support.
