## What is みまもりログ?

みまもりログ is a simple daily notebook for recording how a family member or someone close to you is doing. It is designed for manual check-ins on one device—not remote monitoring, medical decisions, or cloud sharing.

Note whether medication and meals were checked, rate general wellbeing, and add optional sleep, step, or free-form observations.

■ Keep practical details together
Maintain a medication list and emergency contacts so important reference information is easy to find when you need it.

■ Review daily history
Browse previous entries by day to revisit notes and spot changes in routine.

■ No account and no cloud monitoring
What you enter is stored only on this device. The app does not upload records to the developer, automatically share them with relatives, or monitor anyone’s location.

A banner ad appears at the bottom of supported screens. An optional one-time Remove Ads purchase hides the banner without changing feature access.
