I was trying to book a park in advance when it just deducted money from my credit card thinking that I was booking in real time. And try and get your money back!!!! Jeez!!! You have to print out a form fill it out scan it back, they forward that on to someone who decides whether to approve it and then you have to wait 21 days for a bank transfer. They’ve got my credit card details. Why not just reverse the $8 and have it done with. Crikey what a beaureucratic nightmare this place. It’s not worth the money dealing with it. In addition to this when you book your carpark via the website, the app doesn’t recognise your booking. Neither does the carpark. So leaving the carpark everyday is frustrating. Left stranded at car park *2021-12-18, version 5.0.9* It was easy to use map and book a car park but when I arrived it wouldn’t open gate, said I hadn’t confirmed email that I hadn’t received, had to sort it with car park manager instead. Kept trying to ‘locate a car park’ for ages later, couldn’t turn it off - had to delete app. Didn’t recognise location etc. Nightmare when you have kids in the car and other cars piling up behind trying to get in! ### 1/5 — Stupid *2021-11-24, version 5.0.9* What a stupid app for entering car parks. I booked a car park and it was nightmare to get into the carpark. Why this company doesn’t offer passcode for entering?? Even got a fine because app won’t work and no ability to park elsewhere. Disgusting that these businesses get to operate with no quality assurance whatsoever. Won’t pay the fine that’s for sure. You guys don’t use a card system either (as all your competitors do). The transactions are not smooth and the App is pointless for booking.
