## What is Care Record?

Look after someone long enough and the same questions keep coming back: when was the last dose? Is the weight going up or down? Which vaccines are done?

Care Record keeps those answers, and shows you the trend.

■ Track anyone you look after
Pets, parents, kids, or yourself. Each one gets their own items and history.

■ Define the items yourself
Weight, medication, vet visits and vaccinations are built in — or create your own.
Fields can be numbers, text, multiple choice, dates or photos. Record whatever matters to you.

■ Two taps to log
Hit Record right on the care recipient or the item. No need to switch to the calendar and pick everything again.

■ See the change
Numeric items become line charts, count-based items become bar charts.
Whether the weight keeps climbing, how many doses this month — one glance.

■ Reminders where they belong
Set a reminder on the item itself. When it fires, tapping the notification takes you straight to logging.

■ Group them your way
As the list grows, sort recipients and items into your own groups. All pages filter together.

■ No sign-up required
Start straight away. Link Apple, Google or email later when you want to sync — your data comes with you.
