## What is Care Roster?

Care Roster gives hospice and home care staff the numbers they need, wherever they are.

Sign in with the account your agency gives you, or with Microsoft 365 if your agency uses it, to see:

• Directory: your agency's people, partner organizations and key numbers, searchable, with tap to call.
• On call: who your schedule says is covering each role right now, and your own upcoming shifts.
• Escalation paths: who to call next, step by step.
• Emergency: your agency's emergency contacts in one place.
• Alerts: when your agency sends an emergency or operational alert, read it and answer in one tap. Admins and editors can send alerts and see who has answered.

The directory you have opened stays available offline, encrypted on your phone, so you can still find a number with no signal.

Care Roster is for organizations. An agency sets up its workspace at careroster.org, where any agency can start a free trial, and adds its staff. The app is free to download; your agency's Care Roster plan covers it.

Care Roster is not an emergency service. In an emergency, call 911.
