Looking forward to this horrible app being removed from the App Store. ### 1/5 — Broken *2025-09-25* Tried to access my insurance info to set up an appointment. Instead, I learned that no matter what, there was no way to log in to the app. Just an error message and nowhere to click. Luckily, the website did work. Tried turning it off and on, deleting and redownloading—no dice. I wonder how much money they thought they’d save by getting rid of physical insurance cards… ### 1/5 — Can’t even log in *2025-09-20* Nothing works. Every time I type in my email on the first screen that pops up it says I need to “verify the provided information” expect that’s the only thing that pops up, there is no other information. There is no where else to click, how am I supposed to verify it? It doesn’t send me an email or anything. It won’t even let me select my school.
