CareAR Instruct is an augmented reality visual support platform that engages users with visually immersive, step-by-step instructions. Step-by-step guidance is made easy by simply scanning the QR code of the object and launching into an enhanced AR experience, customized for the object of interest.

When the app detects the object in the live video feed, graphical indicators highlighting “hotspots” are presented, which map to parts and locations where textual guidance and video details are presented.

Hotspots and highlighted parts are overlaid on the live video feed and remain anchored in place, tracking to the parts even as the user moves around the object. CareAR Instruct’s intelligent search function makes it easy to find information associated with the asset.

Step-by-step guidance is enhanced by overlaid outlines of relevant parts and can include animated motion, all of which can deliver confidence in the instructions being provided.
