I liked the app before and found it very useful for a couple of years. However, I recently find it frustrating! Please bring back the appointment feature that lets me see appointments available for a specific doctor! ### 3/5 — Rx refill missing *2024-01-04* When I added this app, there was no Manage Prescriptions button (as displayed in the app description screenshot). Thank you. ### 1/5 — Why bother🤦🏽‍♀️ *2023-02-08, version 5.0* Booking an appointment is so frustrating and pretty much impossible. Every appointment that it says is available ends up not being available when you try to book it. Now I know times are crazy but at 4:00AM it’s hard to believe there are multiple people booking the same apportionment at the same time. ### 1/5 — Unable to use *2022-11-17, version 5.0* I have auto updates and have been unable to use this app to schedule appointment for Pontus now . For the last month or so it's given an error message, and I was told they've updated it and I needed to update the app, which was already up to date. Now all I get when I log in is an oops screen and anyone I speak to is unable to advise on how to get this resolved. I’m not a fan of the website.
