### 1/5 — This App Is a Total Failure—Just Like CDWA

This app is beyond useless, and CDWA’s entire operation is an absolute catastrophe. It’s shocking how consistently CDWA manages to deliver the lowest-quality, cheapest, most poorly executed systems imaginable. This app feels like it was slapped together with zero testing, zero care, and zero understanding of the people who rely on it. It’s glitchy, unstable, and flat-out miserable to use.

CDWA has proven, over and over, that they cannot handle the responsibilities they’ve been given. Their work is careless, their systems fall apart the moment you try to use them, and their overall operation is a mess that creates more problems than it solves. The fact that the state continues to hand them contracts is infuriating and honestly makes no sense.

At this point, replacing CDWA isn’t just a suggestion—it’s a necessity. The state needs to cut ties with this disaster of a contractor and bring in an organization capable of delivering functional tools instead of this constant stream of broken, cheap, and frustrating garbage. People deserve far better than the chaos CDWA keeps producing.

This app is continuously crashing on me won’t sign me out when i sign out.

If your passcode isn’t working, don’t worry, there is no way to change it. The AI support is useless. The CEP (Customer Experience P… can’t remember what the P stands for) is a doom cycle.

Out of frustration I deleted the app completely off my phone, shut my phone down and restarted it then I reinstalled the app. The reinstalled app asked me all of the initial questions, one of them being to set up a new passcode. This very basic information would’ve been very helpful to include in the “help” options.

Forgets my login credentials every time forcing me to manually enter my email and password. Then says they are incorrect. I can log in from my computer, but not here. All is correct but still can’t log in. Have to enter my shifts at home after I’m done for the day.

All of the reviews may say that it’s a horrible app but all of those are very old and now it’s very good. It’s very simple and easy to use. Different sign in methods may cause some problems but the one for consumer direct is really clean and well made.
