Tried to log in to the app using my existing credentials - it says they’re wrong. Logging into the webportal using the credentials lets me right through. ### 1/5 — This app doesn’t work *2024-10-09, version 2.1.3* Worst app I’ve ever used erases my timestamp as soon as I clock out. More than half of the time the app crashes and I can’t use it at all. ### 1/5 — Can’t Log Back In! *2024-07-22, version 2.1.2* It has been two frustrating months dealing with this app. Just woke up one day and was logged out of the app. I have tried every password I have ever used to log back in and no luck. Now when I tried resetting my password, severally it will say that it sent a password reset to my email. I’ll check my inbox, spam folder, everywhere and there’s nothing. The app used to be v1.0 and it’s now says v2.1 or something of that sort so I’m not sure if that is the issue. I’m not able to use this app to clock in and out of my shifts in order to stay compliant on the EVV program, which is a requirement. Can’t edit any human error after time entry List goes on and on so far is the worst app I have ever downloaded plus your pay demands on the app time entry which is nightmare ### 1/5 — Worst experience *2022-06-14, version 1.6.0* I never leave reviews but switching over has been the worst experience I still haven’t received forms after my I-9 was completed and I only have the option to submit a test shift. I’ve missed 2 pay period already. This is so frustrating. I’ve tried to contact them multiple times after my I-9 form was completed but haven’t heard anything because there “upgrading there systems” ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — This App Is a Total Failure—Just Like CDWA *2025-12-10, version 3.1.4* This app is beyond useless, and CDWA’s entire operation is an absolute catastrophe. It’s shocking how consistently CDWA manages to deliver the lowest-quality, cheapest, most poorly executed systems imaginable. This app feels like it was slapped together with zero testing, zero care, and zero understanding of the people who rely on it. It’s glitchy, unstable, and flat-out miserable to use. CDWA has proven, over and over, that they cannot handle the responsibilities they’ve been given. Their work is careless, their systems fall apart the moment you try to use them, and their overall operation is a mess that creates more problems than it solves. The fact that the state continues to hand them contracts is infuriating and honestly makes no sense. At this point, replacing CDWA isn’t just a suggestion—it’s a necessity. The state needs to cut ties with this disaster of a contractor and bring in an organization capable of delivering functional tools instead of this constant stream of broken, cheap, and frustrating garbage. The AI support is useless. The CEP (Customer Experience P… can’t remember what the P stands for) is a doom cycle. Out of frustration I deleted the app completely off my phone, shut my phone down and restarted it then I reinstalled the app. The reinstalled app asked me all of the initial questions, one of them being to set up a new passcode. This very basic information would’ve been very helpful to include in the “help” options. ### 1/5 — Can’t log in *2025-11-11, version 3.1.4* Forgets my login credentials every time forcing me to manually enter my email and password. Then says they are incorrect. I can log in from my computer, but not here. All is correct but still can’t log in.
