## What is CareC?

CareC is the day-to-day operations app for home-care and caregiver agencies. From the first enquiry to the final settlement, it keeps your clients, caregivers, attendance and money in one place — so nothing is tracked on paper or in a chat group.

MANAGE CLIENTS
• Full client profiles with contacts, address and service history
• Save a location pin and open turn-by-turn directions to any client
• Start, renew and close services with a clear record of each service window

MANAGE CAREGIVERS
• Caregiver profiles with skills, contact details and current placement
• Upload and store documents — ID proof, certificates, police verification — securely
• See at a glance who is placed, who is free, and who is due for renewal

ASSIGNMENTS AND ENQUIRIES
• Log every enquiry and follow it through to placement
• Assign a caregiver to a client with agreed rates and renewal terms
• Handle replacements and removals without losing the history
