## What is CareCall?

CareCall is de app om te bellen met een familie-lid of kennis in een ziekenhuis of zorg-instelling. De app kan gebruikt worden om middels de telefoon de video bel uitnodiging te accepteren en om video bellen mogelijk te maken.

Ziekenhuispatiënten kunnen tijdens hun opname voortaan alles zelf regelen met de nieuwe alles-in-één app. Van maaltijden bestellen tot het inzien van medische gegevens, van licht en temperatuur instellen tot de zuster alarmeren. Op die manier krijgen ze zelf de controle over hun verblijf in het ziekenhuis. Enkele grote Nederlandse ziekenhuizen gaan de app dit jaar gebruiken.

Met onze apps kunnen patiënten zelf aangeven wat en wanneer ze willen eten. Dat hoeven vrijwilligers niet meer aan het bed te komen vragen. De bestellingen worden via de app doorgegeven aan de maaltijdleveranciers.
