If the capacity is not within this range, it means that your memory card or device is abnormal. You can restart the device and format the memory card. - Format steps: Cut off the camera power, pull out the SD card, wait 2 minutes, reinsert the card, and power on the camera. Then in the CareCam Pro APP, tap [More] - [Settings]  - [Recording Settings] - [Memory Card] - [Format]. You can also format your memory card on your computer using a card reader. (Note: Formatting deletes all files; back up important data first.)  2. Re-insert or replace the SD card If the card is loosely inserted or faulty: Cut off the camera power, re-insert the SD card, and reconnect the power. If the issue persists, replace with a new SD card. 3. Replace aging SD card If the SD card has been used for a long time (near its write life span), its writing speed may drop sharply, causing recording failures. There used to be a way where you could see a couple of snapshots (of events) as photos and save them to your phone, but now you can’t even try to view the snapshots, without it forcing you to load a video of the event. Meaning, if you didn’t pay for cloud or streaming, you can’t see anything that’s happened unless you’re live viewing… so it’s now kind of useless😔😔 hope you guys can fix this soon ### 1/5 — No funciona nada *2026-08-02, version 2.9.33* Una de las peores aplicaciones que he usado para una cámara de seguridad. Desde las últimas actualizaciones prácticamente dejó de funcionar. Los controles de la cámara no responden correctamente, la aplicación no reconoce la tarjeta microSD aunque funciona perfectamente en una computadora, y no permite acceder a las funciones de red porque la pantalla se queda cargando o muestra el error "Solicitud fallida, verifique su red". Tampoco permite actualizar el firmware de la cámara, por lo que no hay forma de corregir errores mediante una actualización. Para empeorar las cosas, la aplicación ni siquiera permite realizar un restablecimiento de fábrica (reset de fábrica) de la cámara, dejando al usuario sin opciones para solucionar los problemas. Lo único que sigue funcionando es la transmisión de video, lo que demuestra que la cámara está conectada y operativa, pero la aplicación impide utilizar funciones esenciales de administración y configuración. Es increíble que una aplicación para un dispositivo de seguridad tenga tantos fallos básicos. No la recomiendo en absoluto hasta que los desarrolladores solucionen todos estos problemas y ofrezcan una forma confiable de administrar la cámara. ### 1/5 — Camera setup not working *2026-08-02, version 2.9.33* I have a camera that will not be seen by Bluetooth or WiFi. We'd love to help you troubleshoot. ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Great App, Hoping for a Solution *2026-06-16, version 2.9.31* I have been using three Sfiord cameras with CareCam Pro for a long time, and until a few months ago everything worked perfectly. After the internet disruptions in Iran, all three cameras lost connection to the CareCam Pro servers and can no longer reconnect or scan the QR code. The Windows version of the software also fails to log in without showing any error message. Because all three devices stopped working at the same time, I believe this is a server or connectivity issue rather than a hardware problem. I was frustrated when I originally left my review, but I have now contacted the developer and hope this issue can be resolved. I have always been satisfied with CareCam Pro and would like to continue using it if access can be restored. I will gladly update my rating once the problem is fixed. ### 5/5 — Full Screen Add’s *2026-05-29, version 2.9.29* After my update on May 13th,2026, I am incredibly disappointed that my notifications now show full-time ads every time I check them. One of the ads was a phishing scam claiming Apple has found 15 viruses on my iPhone. This is unacceptable for such a great product. It needs to be fixed so users can enjoy the experience without being bombarded with ads. Thank you for your response! The full-screen phishing ads have stopped. I’ll send screenshots if they resume.
