要介護2の母を在宅介護中です。食事・排泄・服薬・受診記録など、必要な項目がシンプルにまとまっていて使いやすく、無理なく続けられています。特に排泄記録は、受診時やショートステイなどの利用時に看護師さんから聞かれることが多く、カレンダーを開いてすぐ確認できるのでとても助かっています。在宅介護の助けになっています。
