My support group uses this app to post information and so that we can all chat. I really like that. My support group is really helpful but we only meet once a week so we can all stay connected and support each other all the time. I also use it to get organised for my appointments with the doctor. You only get 6 mins appointments now - I don’t know what you’re supposed to do with that but at least I can turn up with all of my questions already sorted and when they ask how I’ve been I have everything recorded so it takes the pressure off to remember everything.

Highly personalised app for journaling, sharing health stories and connecting with other members across many health conditions from the common to the rare. This has potential to become the go-to place for daily health topics, unbiased advice, scientific and fact-based rather than advertising driven. It’s data privacy policies are sound and the company ethics reassure me.
