Caring for a child with complex needs means holding a lot in your head — multiple daily medications, strict routines, special diets, health events, and a team of caregivers and assistants who rotate in and out. • New quick-add button: tap the + in the middle of the tab bar to add meds, activities, events, appointments, schedules, meals or recipes — from any screen.
• Unlimited health events on the free plan. Log every seizure or episode, however many a day brings — no cap when it matters most.
• A refreshed navigation bar keeps quick-add always within reach.
• Fixes: deleting your account now reminds you it doesn't cancel your App Store subscription, plus small polish.

A safer, faster CareCompanion — built around your care team.

• SOS — the family's emergency numbers are now one tap away on every screen. The circle owner manages the list on the Circle page.
• Name your care circle, and pick it out instantly — the switcher now shows real circle names.
• Simpler invites — choose Assistant, Co-parent, or View only. The detailed permission controls are still there under Custom.
• A warmer welcome for helpers — people you invite get a quick tour of their first shift instead of the owner setup guide.
• Log events faster — a Log event button on the Care Plan starts the stopwatch instantly, and you can now type or correct a duration by hand.
• A cleaner Care Plan — Meds and Care open to at-a-glance cards for what's due, low, or coming up.
• The Circle page now follows the circle you've picked at the top.

A big update for sharing care and seeing the whole picture.

• Shift handover — leave a note for whoever's caring next: how the day went, mood, sleep, appetite, and what to watch for. It's waiting on their Today.
• Notifications — one place to catch up on everything your circle logged, and who did it: medications given, activities done, appointments, health events.
• Care summary report — a shareable PDF for appointments (Care Team): medication and activity logs, appointments and health events over any period up to 3 months, with trend charts for episode frequency and severity, medication adherence, and an event heatmap — all in clean tables.
• Time an episode — a built-in stopwatch to log exactly how long a seizure lasted, down to the second.
• Save recipes from a photo — snap a recipe and we'll pull out the ingredients.
• Invite co-caregivers to share the whole care plan — now in English and Swedish, with a clearer, friendlier app throughout.
