Shouldn’t be that way. This makes difficult to catch notifications when getting a shift match. For feedback back should be a box for notes in the shift itself. I have many shifts 2 per day and always miss when the agency matches me. ### 4/5 — Care Connect Is Great *2026-02-24, version 1.1.30* When it comes to looking for a new case shifts, time and learning about the patient is what’s needed for all of us pca and hhas.
