It is so frustrating. ### 2/5 — Cannot login after update *2025-04-14, version 4.44.1* Love this app but new update does not allow for parents to login. I had to create a new password but when I enter my new password, the app says invalid username/password. Please fix ASAP! ### 2/5 — Can’t open pictures or videos on iPhone *2024-06-28, version 4.30.0* I love that we have an app that keep us in touch with our kids activities in school, and we get to see what they’re doing and what they’re learning. The two issues I have with this app are, first you can’t upload videos to your phone. Second on my iPhone you can’t open the pictures or they’re not available after a period of time, but I still can view them on my wife’s android? ### 1/5 — Code request *2023-07-08, version 4.18.0* It asks for a code invitation to connect to the parent. Can’t sign it and never got a invitation code to be able to connect so my form can be signed. Ugh ### 3/5 — The app and the company used to be so much better! *2022-12-06, version 4.15.1* Finding a reliable, useful app for after school/camp services is difficult at best. Care Connect was our answer to a prayer in the beginning but as they have grown so have the headaches. Getting in touch with a real live breathing human is way too difficult now. Not all of the children’s info populates on different pages within the app. I have an iPhone and have problems but our staff who use android devices are pulling out their hair trying to get the app to work. Our parent often experience problems signing in. Sorry to leave this poor review but my attempts to reach someone in support have fallen flat! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Better before the update *2026-05-25, version 5.2.41* This app was better before rhe update when the parents had to get a code to sign instead of just signing when they came to get their children on friends because some parents don’t know how to use the phone to sign it. I'm not receiving any documents or notifications needed for parents to sign, which is extremely frustrating and causing delays in getting providers paid. At this rate, I may have to revert to manually completing and signing paper timesheets. It's baffling that this app was developed in such an inconvenient way that makes it hard for parents to navigate. This situation is affecting people's time and finances. The app needs a complete overhaul to enhance usability, or it should not be recommended to parents and providers, especially when financial matters are impacted by its difficulties. ### 1/5 — Don't like the new update *2025-05-01, version 5.1.5* Once I was completing my timesheet and was ready to submit, it won't allow me to open up the app to do my signature and also the parent signature I do not like the new upgrade of this app. I like the old version I didn't try several ways I didn't maneuver my way through this app continually to keep looking to see how Sign my timesheets and it's not allow me to open up their place to sign the timesheets nor to submit them fix this situation.
