This update improves medication timing, gives staff more tools, and fixes document viewing on iPhone.

• Documents: PDFs now open directly inside the app, with a share option. Downloads show progress and give a clear message if there's no internet.
• Medication timing: a dose given before its scheduled time is no longer wrongly marked as late. When recording an earlier missed dose, you now choose which scheduled time it belongs to.
• Missed medication alerts: "Take Action" now opens the recording form for that exact dose. Reminder warnings stop once a dose has been recorded on any device.
• Staff access: care staff can now use Water Safety, Fire Safety, Medical Appointments, Incidents, Health Action Plans and Stock Management for their house.
• Read-aloud: the medication screen now clearly separates daily medications from as-needed (PRN) ones.
• Recording a dose early now asks for confirmation first.

This update makes rotas, shifts and pay easier for everyone.

For staff:
• Get notified the moment you're given a shift, and reminded 24 hours and 1 hour before it starts.
• Can't work a shift? Offer it for cover. Pick up a colleague's shift, or claim an open shift — all from your phone.
• My Pay: see your hours worked and an estimate of your pay for the period.

For managers:
• A new "Needs Attention" hub brings approvals, flagged attendance and unfilled shifts together in one place.
• Approve shift-cover requests in a tap.
• Set pay rules (overtime and night rates), approve timesheets, and export payroll as a CSV for any payroll software.
