Throughout my career, I have always found it challenging to keep track of my progress and how I feel at work. While I can check in mentally with myself from time to time and feel that I am on the right track based on performance review feedback, I have often felt a bit disorganized. I started using Career Compass to better monitor my growth and how I feel mentally at work. This app has been a game changer for me as it allows me to look back at past data points and identify any trends or determine if it's time to make a change. I highly recommend using this for your career to enhance your career growth and mental health! It has really helped me out a lot.

These days, everybody’s slapping “AI” on everything with mixed results. But Career Compass’s AI Coach is surprisingly helpful. I’m just getting started with the app, but it feels like it’ll help give my stalled career the boost it needs.

Lots of app promise to use AI, but don’t provide value that couldn’t be accessed through chatGPT or Claude. Not the case with Career Compass. Fine tuned to provide actionable customizable support. I love it!
