Career3A can quickly test your “Behavioral Style”, “Work Motivation” and “Core Skills”. Career3A lists the most suitable occupations based on your personality traits to help you think about your career development direction. You can invite friends and colleagues to form a team, and use the “Team Analysis” tool to query the team’s test results. By learning more about yourself and the people around you, you can better build relationships with friends and colleagues with different personalities.

Behavioral Style:
This tool helps you rank four typical behavioral styles in order of importance. You can use the ranking results to understand your personality traits and preferences.

Work Motivation:
This tool helps you rank nine popular work motivations in order of importance. You can use the ranking results to understand what drives your career.

Core Skills:
This tool helps you rank nine popular core skills in order of importance. You can use the ranking results to understand which core skills you value most in the workplace.

Job Matching:
Based on your test results, this tool will list jobs that may be suitable for your personality.

Team Analysis:
The tool analyzes the test results of team members and summarizes key characteristics of the team. Team members can use this tool to understand how each other is feeling, and to think and approach problems from each other's perspective.
