### 1/5 — Terrible app

*2026-03-17, version iOS App 6.6 Ready for Sale*

Everything takes forever to load and sometimes doesn’t load at all. The filters to search are awful and I end up having to scroll very slowly (so it doesn’t lag) through hundreds of ads. I was getting multiple emails everyday even though I’ve never signed up to them and trying to turn them off is impossible. Once you eventually find a job you’d like to apply for the app is so laggy I just end up going to the company website and doing it directly

### 1/5 — Search Bar Broken

*2023-08-22, version iOS App 2.3*

The search bars for “Search job title or keyword” and “in all categories” on the job search page is non-functional - I cannot put any text into these areas and am forced to manually scroll through hundreds of jobs that don’t match my credentials. Please update your app.

### 1/5 — Horrible

*2023-06-25, version iOS App 2.3*

Pathetic job app, do not waste your time

### 1/5 — Bugs galore

*2023-04-19, version iOS App 2.3*

This is actually one of the worst apps I’ve used, nothing works as it should.
Try to save favourite jobs and they don’t,
Go to the next page, and all that happens is the first page reloads,
You have to sign in every time you open the app,
Have had to reload the same info into my profile numerous times,
Your company promotes careers, surely you’d be able to find a competent person to produce a reliable app.

### 1/5 — Inconsistency

*2022-12-07, version iOS App 2.3*

I’ve created a profile on your main site and went to log in in your app with the same login details and it appears as a seperate profile.

To confirm all details are exact and the app does not show a saved resume or application which has been done on the main page

Please help asap?

### 1/5 — When I do a local search I get interstate jobs

*2021-09-13, version 1.5*

When I do a local Sydney search I have jobs in south Australia, Griffith NSW and Melbourne
I find the layout a little to busy this could simplified

### 1/5 — Worst Job Seeker company ever

*2020-12-13, version 1.5*

After having completed a Bachelor AND a Master in my field and with over 10 years experience in the professional field of writing and language, CareerOne seems to think the only jobs I am qualified for are babysitting and rugby coaching. Firstly, I don’t like children and have absolutely no experience with them at all, and I have zero interest in rugby nor does it mention sport anywhere on my resume. It has also told me that they can state with ‘high confidence’ that I am a 92% match to work as a chemist in the RMIT lab, which is ludicrous as I would most likely endanger everyone by mishandling hazardous material. However, they have deemed my resume to be a solid 100% as apparently it is easy for AI to glean the necessary skills and experience needed to see if I am a match for a job; CareerOne’s AI system must be an older model I guess 🙄

### 1/5 — App doesn’t work

*2020-05-13, version 1.5*

App is completely unusable on iPad! Resumes won’t upload, no back button when using landscape mode which is the default way to use a iPad.
App crashes when multitasking.
It’s not surprising that seek is dominating, looks like most people don’t get far enough into the app to even care enough to review it.

### 3/5 — Very buggy

*2020-05-10, version 1.5*

Would be a great app however still buggy. Can’t upload resume, can’t apply for jobs. So many opportunities that I will miss out on

### 5/5 — Fantastic service

*2020-02-06, version 1.2*

As a job seeker, finding a job is the worst! CareerOne makes it so much easier to find potential jobs. Thanks guys!
