Carefer application provides car repair services in many cities around Saudi Arabia, including Riyadh, Khobar, Damam, Dhahran, Jubail, Qassim, Jeddah, Makkah, and Madinah. Carefer's main goal is to assist drivers with fixable and easy repair solutions while connecting them with a wide network of car service centers, assuring guaranteed services and reasonable costs.

Carefer Services :
If you’re a first-time user, all you need is to add your car info to choose one of three main services, be it transportation, repair centers, or repair parts. 

1-	Car Maintenance Services
The Car Maintenance Services includes a list of various repair options, air conditioning, mechanical, shock denting, routine maintenance, and more. In case you’re not sure what services your car requires, choose I don’t know. After choosing the desired service and one of the provided price deals, a two-truck will transfer your car to the repair shop and back with an OTC.  

2-	Damage Repair Services
No worry; Carfer is by your side. You’ve had a car accident, and no one is around to help! Pull your phone and request one of Carefer's damage repair services. In no time, two trucks will come to your location, pick up the car and transfer it safely to the selected repair shop.

1-	Enter your car information one time only
You must enter your car information once to be saved automatically for later use.
2-	Choose the type of service you need
Select one of the many repair options if you know your need, or go with I don’t know option. 
3-	Select the appropriate price
Within 3 hours of ordering a repair service, you will receive notifications of deals, including the initial price. The final price may differ after the mechanic diagnoses your car.
4-	Choose a payment method you prefer
Multiple online payment methods leave you with the freedom to choose either money transfer, debit or credit cards, or Apple pay and STC pay.

طالبين معلومات عن سيارتي عن طريق الدخول على ابشر
او عن طريق كتابة كل معلومه عن سيارتك زي اللوحه ورقم الهيكل .. هذي كلها مالها لزوم يطلبونها .. عشان كذا وضعهم مريب

تعامل خدمة العملاء جدا جيد ويساعدونك بكل طلباتك واحتياجاتك، ولكن الاختيار للورشة ما كان مناسب، ميكانيكي جالس يتعلم على السيارة ودفّعني مبالغ كبيرة بدون لزمة لأنه ما عرف المشكلة الاساسية من البداية وهذا غير ان الورشة اشترت لي قطع السيارة على دفع وبكذا ما قدرت تستفيد وتكاسر محل القطع زي اذا اشتريت كل شي بمرة وحدة ويراعيك بمبلغ طيب
الفكرة رائعة والخدمة مريحة، ولكن اتمنى حل مشكلة الورش اللي يتم العمل معها

تعاملت معهم مره وكا شي تمام بس الورشة اللي دلوني افحص عندهم بصراحه من دخلت وشفت وجيه الشباب اللي فيها عرفت ان ما حولهم فايده بخصوص فحص السيارات واستخراج الاعطال وكل الاعطال اللي ذكرها الخبير فيهم انا المح له بمكانها ما عدا المساعدات الامامية واللي مر صناعية الشمال بالرياض بيفهم وش اقصد
الشي الثاني تسعير القطع مبالغ فيه ويتعاملون مع موفرين قطع ما ادري من وين جابوهم مع ان بالعقل اغلبنا يعرف اسامي بسىق قطع الغيار اسعار معقوله ومعروفين ماادري ليه ما يتعاملون معهم

الصراحة اني لما رفضت تسعير القطع وسعر التصليح الشباب من انفسهم تواصلوا معي ورجعوا مبلغ الفحص من غير ما اطلبه وبالاساس ما كنت ناوي اطلبه لان ماجاء في بالي ان اذا ما صلحت الموتر اطلب حق الفحص قلت ذا شي والتصليح شي ثاني
