Small things to complain about but makes a difference when you add them up. For example: it logs you out every time you go to a different page or app and then not only do you have to log back in, but you have to go through two factor authentication (with no obvious way to allow current device). Then, it doesn’t allow the “insert code from text” option on most iOS apps AND the keypad reverts back to letters after keying in each individual number. Frustrating. Other bugs like you can’t scroll all the way down on some pages, or select multiple notifications to delete or mark as read at once, etc. ### 1/5 — Cannot upload from mobile device *2023-01-12, version 22.11.02* You can view everything but you cannot upload a file EOB from a mobile device. Not a functional app. Instead I had to go to the website to accomplish the same task. ### 1/5 — Rampant Login Errors *2023-01-04, version 22.11.02* I set up my account on the web & downloaded the app. I tried to login recently & it wanted my username and password, even though there is a Face ID icon & I use Face ID for all my apps. I assumed user error and chose the forgot password option. I chose a strong password and tried to login, unsuccessfully. I closed the app, waited a few minutes and tried again. The login button did not enable. Between the phone & web I locked my account. After getting it unlocked & creating a password that works on the web, I still cannot access the mobile app. The login button will not enable. The app is useless. ### 2/5 — Log in stopped working *2022-07-28, version 22.05.00* Was great but after day one can’t log in anymore so I’m stuck using my chrome login… needs some bug fixing ### 5/5 — Love it *2021-09-17, version 19.0.0* Once set up it is a wonderful tool to stay up to date with your medical expeensives. It has become a necessity for me! ### 3/5 — Still Missing the Mark *2020-12-01, version 15.0.0* While the functionality hasn’t changed much, the one thing that is truly vexing about this App is the fact that you can not upload a receipt right away. In fact, initially the entry looks like it is “good” but a few days later is when a warning will appear that asks for “further documentation.” Why not allow receipts to be uploaded as soon as the charge gets into the system, when you have the receipt actually in-hand. ### 1/5 — Shaky platform and not intuitive *2019-08-23, version 11.5* I was looking forward to submitting my receipts by taking a picture on my phone. Downloaded the app, was able to login OK. I was able to find the claim and click the button to submit a receipt and the app immediately threw me out. Logged in again, went through the steps. I took a picture but I have two receipts. I don’t see how you can submit a second photo. I then tried to search for the claim and it has disappeared. I used both a date range and the exact dollar amount to search and nothing shows up on the “list.” I’m already disappointed with Careflex. I’m now going to go online and see if I have better success submitting with a scanned document— more time consuming. What a shame. Was really looking forward to the faster claim substantiation. Our company just chose careflex over another FSA/HRA administrator.
