## Most critical reviews (6 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Terrible. An additional stress.

*2025-12-10*

This app rarely works properly. Crashes multiple times upon opening before allowing access, submit option rarely functions on the first try.

### 1/5 — Bugs

*2022-01-11*

The app keeps crashing on me🤦🏻‍♂️

### 2/5 — Stop changing uis

*2026-05-18*

Put the old UI back. This new one is terrible. There’s so much information on the home page. Half the clicks aren’t even counted so I’m sometimes spamming the buttons. Idk why yall had to change but being back the old ui. It worked

### 2/5 — Too complicated to log in

*2025-05-19*

Every time I try to log in, even though I pressed the “remember my info” checkbox, it tells me my password is wrong. I’ve changed it at least 3 times. I’m not doing that and contacting customer service every time I need to log in. This app is not user friendly. I will not be using it anymore.. and that’s super inconvenient because I can’t contact my care team through my insurance then, without the app.

### 2/5 — Difficult To Sign In

*2024-02-21*

Some changes in the app are easier, however, there have been too many tomes that I could not sign in to complete needed work. Either the app shows an error code when signing in or the app will simply not sho sign in availability at all even when swiped down to reload the page/phone turned off and rebooted/wifi rebooted. What can be done to fix this issue? App and phone have already been updated.

### 3/5 — Contact information, web pages visited, and duration of time on each page

*2021-08-17*

Contact information, web pages visited, and duration of time spent on each page are basically intrusive measures not really needed for analytics. If Vela does not intent to use these in the general sense but only while actually using Vela and within the Vela page, why then the general broad wording used in the consent pages? This consent form needs REVISION.
