Requires two separate emails and log ins. Very impractical and not beneficial for staying up to date on loved ones. Please update asap! And add Apple Watch compatibility! ### 1/5 — No support for multiple devices *2024-12-11, version 3.0.11* The two most recent updates did not address the need to support multiple devices. Currently only a single device is supported with each sign in. This means I have to sign out and back in to monitor both parents and am potentially missing half the notifications. This largely defeats the point of the app. While you have replied that you appreciate my feedback, I have seen no further development to address the need to support multiple devices. When will this app be modified to support multiple devices? ### 1/5 — Needs ALOT of improvement. *2024-08-22, version 3.0.10* Very slow to refresh. Shows wrong address for my father's home. Not enough options... Could use better tracking ability, history would be very useful. Step counter is a completely useless feature. Can't believe this thing is worth $50/month. And that's the discounted price. Oh and the speaker was barely audible... And that was tested indoors. I just really hope if it IS used in a real emergency my father can actually communicate with the agent. ### 1/5 — WRONG ADDRESS 4x In one day?? *2024-08-20, version 3.0.10* So far today it has given me four different addresses?? The operator or whatever you call the person who may answer the phone the day you call or not said “it’s because it’s the address is off GPS”…. Ok well here’s the thing I haven’t left my house ?? So if I fall or something actually happens where is the AMBULANCE going to GO !! Too some random house in my area …GEE THANKS ALOT TELUS FOR NOT SAVING MY LIFE !! ### 1/5 — App not updating *2024-08-02, version 3.0.10* The app is not updating—location, steps, battery. It is verified that the device is home but the app shows data from 1:12 pm. It is now 8:45 pm. I have tried reinstalling app. Tried on a different device. NOT WORKING. It’s nice to keep track of the first time he gets up each day. ### 4/5 — Not bad. *2024-01-29, version 3.0.7* Should have the ability to switch in app between two devices. Eg mom vs dad. ### 3/5 — Alerts are somewhat inconsistent. *2025-06-30, version 3.1.2* Overall the app works well for my dad and we are able to track him throughout the day. However we have had some concerns about the alerting and app notifications. Just last week he had a minor fall where he needed assistance getting up. The device didn’t trigger and he needed to get help from a neighbour to hear him. The app logged this as an SOS but we never got the alert on the phone when it occurred. ### 2/5 — Needs to support multiple devices *2024-11-20, version 3.0.11* This app needs to be able to stay connected to multiple pendants, and track their locations, and the vitals of the owners.
