## What is CAREKID?

CAREKID — Stop Phone Use While Walking

Most pedestrian accidents happen from distraction. Looking at a phone while walking is one of the most common. CAREKID is built to stop kids aged 6-17 from using their phone while walking.

HOW IT WORKS
- Installed on child's phone, paired with parent
- Detects walking via GPS and motion sensors
- On-screen warning notification appears immediately when walking is detected
- Warning auto-dismisses when the child stops
- Parent gets a notification for each walking event

PARENT DASHBOARD
- Daily, weekly and monthly walking logs
- Location heatmap (which streets were risky)
- Live "WALKING NOW" alert
- Detailed PDF report (7, 30 or 90 days)
- Multi-child support

PRIVACY
- Location and motion data shared only between parent and child
- Never sold to third parties, no ad network
- Zero tracking for child accounts
