Now you can follow up to five people simultaneously. Right on your phone, The CareLink™ Connect app provides an easy way to view the sensor glucose levels of a person with diabetes using some Medtronic devices. When a family member or a friend has diabetes, you want to be supportive and stay close. You might want to know if their glucose levels go too high or too low, be able to quickly and easily access their insulin pump or Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) system information. To remotely access sensor glucose levels or pump system information, care partners need to install the CareLink™ Connect app on their smartphone. Additionally, the person with diabetes must have a compatible MiniMed™ insulin pump or CGM connected to the CareLink™ software through the corresponding patient mobile app. For more information about the CareLink™ Connect app, please visit the local Medtronic website or contact a representative. IMPORTANT NOTE: For real-time updates, the app must consistently receive data from the CareLink™ server, while the insulin pump or CGM system must continually upload data to the CareLink™ server. This is steps required to see data (2-3 mins): select country, user name, password, bot verify, email 2FA, skip tips (3-4 tips), select name, data. Ridiculously cumbersome and difficult to find data for a medical app. Forget urgency. ### 1/5 — わかり辛い *2026-06-07* とにかく表示や設定が分かりづらいです。 再ログインが頻繁なのもいざという時にすぐに確認が取れず不便。Face IDに対応して欲しいです。 ### 1/5 — Good when and if it works *2026-05-16* Does not keep up to date with new iOS releases which are forced by my organisation. Now consistently Get a blank screen when I check my daughter’s activity. But the alerts come and I cannot acknowledge them. Then I turn my phone on silent and miss urgent calls and other notifications. Buggy and glitchy. Don’t understand when you are paying so much for these sensors (that are required with the pump that costs as much as a car) that the app support is so poor. The Medtronic sensors are not reliable and often fail prematurely. Causing more alerts. Complaints are met with tell us the box number, and they send out one sensor. Like it’s a batch problem? It’s consistent. Pump often loses communication with sensor transmitter. The sad part is the Dexcom system isn’t better. At least the Medtronic pump feedback loop works much better than competitors even if the Medtronic pump clip breaks when you look at it wrong…. Seriously poor engineering from Medtronic for what could be a great system, it is just mediocre at best. ### 2/5 — 遅延など不便 *2026-04-22* ◾️主のスマホと比べると遅延してます。 ◾️ケアリンク出来るメンバーが5台までは、少なすぎます。 両親、職員室、保健室、看護師2名、、、。本当なら祖父母。 足りません。 ◾️ケアリンクからApple Watchも使いたいです。 ◾️通知の履歴を1ヶ月みたい。 ◾️履歴にアラートだけでは無くグルコース値も一緒に記載されて欲しい。 (例低グルコースアラート86↓) ◾️オート基礎の量の表示希望 ◾️ケアリンクの更新時間が実質7分なのに一周回って2分と表示されています。不具合です。ポンプとの連動「5分更新」を守って欲しいです。 自動で5分更新が無理なら手動で更新ボタンをタップでミニメドの数値とマッチさせる方法があっても良いのでは？ ◾️グルコース値の横に前回値の差が±で表示されいると下がり傾向や上がり傾向の幅が分かるのでコントロールの貴重な参考になります。 ◾️とにかく不便です。医療機器と繋がっている事を深刻に考え品質向上願います。 ### 1/5 — アカウント登録の制御がおわってる　不具合時のサポート、連絡がない *2026-04-14* アカウント登録中（登録アドレスに承認コードを送ったあと）そもそも登録アドレスにメールも来ず、やり直ししようとして最初からやったら、ID.アドレスは登録されているので、新規登録できませんと表示。普通にログインできるのかと思いログインしようとすると無効。 どう言う制御をすればこうなるのか。命がかかってるアプリでこの始末はひどすぎませんか？ 追記 アプリ不具合時の連絡がある人とない人があり、命を預かるアプリ運営としていかがなものかと。 ### 1/5 — 毎回ログイン *2026-03-26* ケアリンクにログインしてからある程度日にちが経つとまたログインを要求してくる。なんで勝手にログアウトするのか意味がわからない。修正お願いします。 ### 3/5 — Gut, aber ausbaufähig *2026-03-17* Die App läuft bei uns recht stabil. Leider hat sie aber auch Probleme. Z.b. wird die restliche Laufzeit des Sensors nicht angezeigt. Dort steht nur „unbekannt“. In der Mobile App meiner Tochter wird die Laufzeit aber angezeigt. Außerdem finde ich es total ungünstig, dass der Alarm bei Unterzucker nicht hörbar ist, wenn das Handy leise gestellt ist. Das können andere App‘s besser…….. ### 1/5 — This app is dangerous *2025-12-29* Absolutely useless. It logs me out all the time and I have no idea I’m logged out. You only get notifications if you allow all notifications at all times i.e. you can’t have a sleep or do not disturb mode on your phone, as they still haven’t figured out how to override ‘do not disturb’ to allow critical alerts to come through, so you’d have to have every app pinging at you all night, which is not at all practical. My son has had sever hypos in the night, and the alerts don’t come through until the morning. Iphone xe.
