Some staff say it could be up to a week from previous experiences. I cannot see my shifts, clock on or off shifts, access care plans or write my notes. This may affect my pay also. The change password setting is also disabled. Very very poor IT support service! Only an email contact and no phone support. A temporary lock out, or the option to prove your identity through an email link to unlock the app independently would help greatly! Or if the change password option was enabled it would fix this huge inconvenience. ### 1/5 — No landscape screen support *2023-04-12, version 2.4.1* In this day and age an app that doesn’t support flipping the screen to landscape is ridiculous and limiting. This should be corrected asap. App also has to be reopened frequently because of graphical glitches when needing to be select through the app switcher. I feel like the company is not allocating any resources for improving the app or fixing existing bugs. It’s a nightmare to use, clunky cumbersome & slow. It allows tracking but does NOT allow push notifications or calendar sync. So it violates privacy but is not convenient at all. To use it you have to remember to log in and out every single time with no reminders & no notifications and if you make a mistake too late you can’t fix your error. Also now we can apply for shifts through the app which is more convenient than phone calls.
