This app is horrible. It’s so glitchy that it doesn’t even allow me to login. The jobs are old and outdated. I have applied for numerous positions but never heard anything back at all. Customer Service just isn’t servicing! You are blessed IF you can get the assistance you need.  Just save yourself the hassle and move on…it’s a JOB LOOKING FOR A GOOD JOB!!!!

This app stops working about a week ago. I need to lock my hours but I couldn’t download as it keeps spinning forever. I cross checked with my husband’s phone to download the app, same issue occurred. I’m very unhappy with the quality of the app, extremely disappointed, whata waste of time!

I’m constantly having to back out of the app when I’m going from jobs to account or profile etc also you can’t look at all jobs they show you like 5 jobs or less  and when verify phone they send a code but the screen on the app is blank so you can’t add a code to verify your phone # so that means you can’t appreciate for jobs… it’s crazy whoever did this website doesn’t know what they are doing

This side gig is going down because they are changing their pay rate, when they offer you providence clients knowing well that they pay a flat fee. Very disappointing.

As a Family Caregiver, I am pleased with the 
phone service when I do have an issue with the app. It’s easy to reach a
Care Specialist on the phone. They are always courteous and professional in resolving any problems!

Frequently will not allow login. Poor customer support - no person on phone call. Slow to respond to any effort to communicate. 

Now, changed from iPhone 13 to iPhone 17 and the app will not open at all. Deleted it, reinstalled from App Store. No good. Touch open &!one flash, then disappears from screen.

Constantly updating.  Lots of glitches.  Not user friendly.  But it’s the app the employees are forced to use so no point complaining as there is no other option.   The times I asked for help it was good help.  But overall the app is not well put together.
