We stopped receiving notifications on apple devices when the alarm is triggered. Notifications are logged into the history but Does not send notification. Notifications are still received on Android devices. Outside of this issue this system is a five star app. ### 1/5 — Since the last update don’t work the push notifications in Iphone... *2020-04-10* Does not work anymore... The system works, only you can Know when the alarm start... really bad.. ### 1/5 — Not working *2019-02-16* The app is not doing its job the scan wifi is nit working correctly. ### 1/5 — Still Many Problems with this App *2018-03-22, version 2.37* As at March 2018 there are still many problems that make it unsuitable for important security and home automation use. eg. randomly sends spurious notifications and puts in history such as “power recover” dated 3 months into past. The JDQ relay functionality is unreliable. No way to see current state of the relays as on or off. The app interface buttons for OPEN and CLOSE do not perform independently ... either will toggle on/off the relay. Plus the buttons are not highlighted (as in other automation apps) to show what state the relay is in. Overall not suitable for a critical use environment ### 1/5 — Works when it wants to. Don't use the cheap 10 dollar wifi plan and the 10 year old router your grandma gave you then try running that through some crummy wifi discount repeater and it never goes off line. Step 1. Connect power Step 2. Download this app Step 3. Register with the app Step 4. Scan QR code on back of panel NOT the one in the instruction book, thats just an example🙀OMG! Step 5 complete wifi setup Step 6. Check and install already paired sensors. DONE DEAL Cant see how it could get ANY EASIER. In 30 min I got 3 doors 2 windows 3 key fobs and a extra siren light all connected absolutely flawless with instant notifications on my smart phone whenever a door or window is opened. You have to scan the code on back of unit to tie app to panel then its pretty much self-explanatory. maybe I'm just a genius. ### 3/5 — Carener and g90B down *2018-05-24* The app does not login and the panel does not connect. Its been like this for several hours now. Who fix this!!?? What kind of security system is this one!!?? Update: Finally after about 5 hours it started to work again. ### 3/5 — Wired zone types cannot be changed *2018-02-02* Update: The manufacturer of the G90B has extremely poor customer support. After numerous emails to them and receiving trivial suggestions, I decided to diagnose the problem myself. It appears that the units have been fitting with poor quality speakers, which fail fairly quickly after purchase. I now have two units which have failed, the newer plus model as well as the older model. Update: The latest firmware update on the G90B unit dated 11 Jan 2018 has killed sound completed. No audio is now audible on the unit. Update: With the latest firmware update on the G90B unit, the problem with wired zones seem to have been resolved. Upgraded to 2.3.6. No change, problems outlined below persist. Upgraded to 2.3.5. Problems outlined below in 2.3.4 & 2.3.3 still persist. It seems like the author doesn’t bother reading reviews and attending to flaws in the software. Upgraded to 2.3.4. Same problem with wired zone configuration as in 2.3.3. See below for details. Version 2.3.3 opens fine now. Unfortunately now the default settings for wired zones cannot be changed. It is set to "Water sensor". Changing this to for example "Beams", then saving the changes, doesn't save changes to the alarm unit.
