Gutted, spent time setting it all up and then after 3 days it won’t open and just says encountered a problem please reload

Hi, my wife has cancer, she downloaded the app and invited me as a caregiver. I downloaded the app too and registered it with my own email account. The app is treating me as a patient and not a caregiver, how do I rectify this??

I’ve been using this app for around 8 months and have found it invaluable. Everything is loaded in there from appointments to medication and my side effects. A wonderful tool to help get through a horrendous situation.

However, of late I have been frustrated with the login method. I am kicked out more than in and have to input a new code each time that is sent to email. I am still receiving notifications about not having logged medication but as at today, for the last week the app won’t launch at all in my phone so I cannot get to the login page.

Is there an issue? I’m reluctant to delete and reinstall in case I lose my data. Can someone help?

Two suggestions for improvements.
1. Need a continuous sound alarm for each medication. 
2. Need to be able to return / start new sentences in the notes section 
3. Dashboard should show temperature, symptoms and notes

Great idea coming together. It doesn’t have my any of meds and I can’t add them.

Good app. Intuitive and easy to use; good way to keep track of symptoms over time. I like the bonus recipe recommendations.

Really finding Careology to be helpful in reminding me and keeping a log all my meds, and tracking chemo side effects.  The calendar makes it easy to recall and show my CNS what happened and when. 
Have also given my husband access to my account so he can see how I am and help me manage my meds better. 
Also really like the articles and recipes.
