## What is CareOneX?

CareOneX is the caregiver app for home care agencies. See your visit schedule, check in and out of visits with GPS verification, complete care tasks, document care with notes and photos, and keep your agency in sync — all from your phone. CareOneX supports electronic visit verification (EVV) so visits are documented accurately for agency and Medicaid compliance. A CareOneX account is provided by your home care agency. Features: visit schedule with upcoming and past visits; GPS check-in/check-out with early/late reasons; care task lists with notes; photo and document attachments; checkout reminders; certifications and profile.

• Sign on device: finish and sign assessments with a typed attestation; signed assessments lock instantly and are immediately available to your agency
• Faster data entry: number pads for vitals, a dedicated two-box blood pressure field, and phone keypads for phone numbers
• Clearer forms: required items you missed are highlighted in red and the form jumps you to the first one
