Biggest issue with this app is that it does not allow for autocorrect which is helpful when typing quickly on a mobile phone. Another huge issue I have with this app is the “send” button is almost entirely hidden behind the keyboard. Needs improvement.

Before the most recent update, I was able to login and the text in the app would be bold and large. This is the only app on my phone that has text so small. I have to take a screenshot to zoom in and read it which is a pain. It's great for on the go, but hard to use when you can't read the text.

The app doesn’t always allow you to view by category. There are categories for: new, accepted, declined and pending. However the viewing of those categories is rarely available and you need to search each referral. When using the browser this is not an issue at all, only with the app. Also, when using from a browser you can choose to view all the documents at one time, with the app you have to open each one individually.

I was so excited to hear there was an app but once I downloaded and started using it, I was very disappointed it is not useful. We have to click page by page instead of it downloading the whole referral to be able and review it. It makes us login every time and doesn’t save the login info. That hold us back on accepting a patient on a timely matter. Please update and make this app better

This app is cumbersome to use.  You must sign in EVERYTIME you use it.  I have to go back and forth between the Curaspan site to see all the active and archived pts because they are not accessible in this app.  It was a much better system BEFORE changes were made.  Another big problem is that we are unable to send uploaded info to our branches from this app and since we can’t access anything but the first page of uploaded info in the other site it is extremely frustrating and time consuming.  Thank you
