## What is Carer Track?

Carer Track makes it simple to see how much of a person's support allocation has been used — and how much is left — so nobody accidentally goes over, and funding that can't be carried over doesn't go to waste.

Built for support workers, families, and primary caregivers, it turns "how many hours are left this week?" into a single glance.

TRACK CARE AS IT HAPPENS
• Tap Start when you arrive and Stop when you leave — Carer Track keeps a running tally against the allocation.
• Set any allocation: hours per week, fortnight, month, year, or a one-off — with or without carry-over.
• Top up or adjust hours, and add past sessions you forgot to log.

A BIG, CLEAR DISPLAY
• A large, high-contrast "hours left" screen — glanceable, and great for non-verbal clients.
• Lock a device into kiosk mode with a PIN so it shows only the balance, nothing else.
• The client's screen can show the carer who's currently on shift — their name and photo — so they can see who's with them.

A WHOLE CARE TEAM
• Add the carers who provide support; every session is logged against whoever's on shift.
• See each carer's hours in a clear per-carer breakdown.
• Several carers can log care for the same person from their own devices, and it all rolls up into one shared total.

YOURS, AND PRIVATE
• No accounts, no ads, no tracking. Your data stays on your device and, only if you use the sharing features, in your own iCloud.
• Pair a display or back up across your devices with iCloud.
