CareRelay is one private care log for the family and caregivers looking after someone, so every shift knows what just happened.

When more than one person helps care for a parent or loved one, the details get lost between shifts. CareRelay keeps a single running log where every handoff, dose, and note is signed by the caregiver who logged it, so the next shift is caught up in seconds.

What CareRelay does:

- Track each medication given or skipped, with adherence over the week and a gentle reminder for the next dose
- Add care notes with photos: meals, mood, and sleep
- Keep the recipient's essentials, allergies, and key contacts in one place
- See every entry, handoffs, doses, and notes, merged into one timeline, in order, each signed by who logged it
- Your care log stays in sync across your own iPhone, iPad, and Mac through your iCloud
- Widgets and Apple Watch show the next dose due and the last handoff at a glance, and you can log a quick handoff or mark a dose from your wrist

Free keeps one care recipient with the shift handoff log, so a caregiver can start a running record at no cost. The one-time Pro unlock (Lifetime) adds the medication schedule, care notes with photos, key contacts, more care recipients, and the full history. One payment, yours forever, no subscription.

Private by design:
No accounts, no analytics, no tracking. Your care log stays private to you, on your device and in your own iCloud. Delete All My Data removes everything.
