## What is CareRelay Handoff Notes?

CareRelay is a private offline handoff timeline for families and caregivers coordinating everyday care.

Record the person, task type, task or label wording, instructions, scheduled time, completion, caregiver, and a concise handoff note. Pending items remain prominent, and every saved entry keeps its time, author, revision, and integrity fingerprint.
