This is the worst app ever. I paid £8 to join and I can’t get any of the discounts nothing I’m just don’t understand why I’m paying £8 for absolutely nothing

Saved my daughter’s emergency plan into the app.  When back into review and someone else’s details were there and all mine had vanished.

**Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback. This issue was promptly resolved as soon as we were made aware of it. I can confirm that it was an isolated incident reported nearly five months ago, based on an older version of our app.

I have a new carers card and have accessed the app. There seems to be no facility to add an emergency plan, which is the one thing I was looking for in case anything happens to me and wanting others to realise there is a vulnerable person needing help.

Really good app. Allowed me to create an emergency plan and create a circle of care for my loved one.

**Developer response:** Did you also know that your emergency plan can be linked to your carers card via the QR code? This can be extremely useful in an emergency.

I was pleasantly surprised with how much the app provides. I thought it was just discounts but it has a lot of other features too. The carer forum is great for help, support and advice.
