## What is CareTaker App?

CareTaker is a mobile app that allows users to learn skills, organize and share health information for dealing with emergencies, keeping track of daily routine treatments, attending appointments, and communicating with providers. Part of the content was created with support from grant R40 MC 08960 from the Maternal and Child Health Bureau, Health Resources and Services Administration, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.

I just downloaded and started filling out info about my mother in law.  This seems like an excellent app to keep track of my family members medical information, I usually use a notepad and this seems more organized and accessible.  The only thing I’m having difficulty with is figuring out how to share the information with the day to day caregiver and other family members.  It would be great if we could all contribute info whenever someone different takes her to the doctor.  Short of sharing a user name and password, I don’t see an option for this.
