It is not my fault but the app itself. ### 1/5 — Worst app by far *2026-04-09* It always times out and suggests you’re at the wrong location. It will always crash and messes up payroll for the week. It is inaccurate and companies shouldn’t use this ### 1/5 — Delete option and PCA hours *2025-10-02* What happened with the delete option? I accidentally made a mistake on one of my hours so I tried to delete it but it's disabled? I don't know if you guys are fixing this yet or this is just permanent for now. Please do fix this option ASAP, this might mess up with the hours that are actually needed when signing that are counted. With hours, there is someone else who had clocked in my PCA hours. I was so confused because I know that isn't my hour that was needed to put in. Please do fix these mistakes as SOON as possible, the one who are checking the signing might confuse the one with the other. Whoever is operating this app immediately need fixes. EVEN SOME SERVICES ARE BEING EMPTY!!! I keep refreshing but the dates won't appear. I blame whoever operates this app. It's literally the worst. This company has been wonderful to work with. IT services have been extremely helpful with education, problem solving and creating an application that is specific to my business needs. Rates are reasonable and affordable, services offered meet exactly what I need. The staff that work for this company are more then willing to take the time to ensure that my needs as an agency are met. Online timesheets have been a blessing... Now Billing, couldn’t ask for a better service. Way to go everyone... You all have created a user friendly application, and have been the expectations of customer services.
