Used to have issues with support workers being late, not anymore! My Plan Manager checks the CareTick report against my support workers invoices. App has already paid for it self. Picked up 4 hours of overcharging in the first week!

This app is great, it gives me full transparency to compare the times a support worker charges verses the actual times my kids are with them. After having $7000 taken from us fraudulently by a local NDIS support worker, this app puts my mind at ease. With kids being picked up from school and dropped off, it is not always easy to know who long they have been with a provider. CareTick gives me the piece of mind I need to protect their NDIS funding.
