It does kot sync ### 1/5 — Not Syncing Clock Outs *2021-09-20, version 1.0.131* Application repeatedly does not sync employee clock outs. We are simply told to “clear our cache or redownload the application”. I have to clock in use my patients phone and i have to wake them up constantly to do so . I always have to wait at least 5 minutes to be able to clock in because it’s loading for so long. I’ve been trying to clock out for the past 20 minutes and i can’t because it’s loading. ### 1/5 — Horrendous *2024-08-31, version 1.2.2* This app randomly changes my clocked in hours up to a week later! There is no way to create an account for easy log in, and no way to use fingerprint or face recognition to save these codes/log in information. The gps is often messed up, and unlike the EVV app, which was much better, won’t let you clock in if you are even parked next to the location. The signing out process, literally making my client and myself sign each time is ridiculous and unnecessary. Terrible app. ### 1/5 — Junk *2023-05-08, version 1.1.0* App does not work!!!! ### 1/5 — Everything Gone wrong *2022-08-06, version 1.1.0* From day one from the download to trying to clock in and accepting assignments everything is flawed at best! The destination never works the Bluetooth doesn’t work either so I haven’t been able to clock into a single assignment for the last 4 days!! I’ve heard I’m not the only one experiencing this so I know it’s not me or my phone. If the destination doesn’t work than it won’t let u accept the assignment or clock into the assignment. If I can’t clock in than I don’t get paid.. if I don’t get paid then I can pay rent or eat so something has to give!! I’ve tried everything from messing with my settings to deleting the app the down loading it again.. turning my phone off then on.. idk.. I think with all the technology today and as much as this app charges are to use the app it should be at least half way decent to use but .. NOPE 👎🏼 NOT SO FAR! I can’t see the whole question. My font size on my phone is set to medium, and I’m assuming that if I change the font size to small that it would work, but I should not have to do that for just one app. And it’s a pain to have change the font size on my phone once a day, every single day just for one app when all my other apps are able to adjust fine to a larger font. Pls fix this issue. ### 1/5 — Regulatory Bureaucratic Garbage *2022-02-28, version 1.0.132* For an app required to do state-sponsored work, this is very unreliable. Won’t stay signed in on trusted devices. Very laggy for the amount of invasion being allowed when using it. Cumbersome to manage. The server feeding the app information sometimes puts others work in my dashboard. Overall this is demonstrates government incompetence mixed with cheap-o app designing. I am running a consulting business and even though this is healthcare application, we are able to track our custom activities and tasks. ### 4/5 — Question for developer *2021-06-28, version 1.0.130* How do you fix an hour mistake if you forgot to clock out or lose your phone or any other circumstance, also can you put the clock on pause? And if you can’t read some of the questions is their a landscape view? ### 2/5 — Not user friendly *2026-06-24, version 1.2.2* This app is disappointing because I’m required to use it and it’s not very user-friendly. For example, you can only enter numbers on the front page, but it presents a keyboard instead of just a number pad. I suppose that some people might need to enter letters but still at least for the birthdate. It’s only numbers. Some people have accessibility issues. It’s just not that easy to touch the screen and use an app. In addition, it logged me out every couple days. There’s no reason to ever log out. I’m the only user on my device and this app never gets updated so I can’t imagine why it would need to log me out. Also, I use an iPad. I don’t know what it looks like on the phone, but we have some yes or no questions to answer, but I can’t actually see any other answers. There are three faded bars that all look the same and I have just top one is yes the second one is no and I have no idea what the third one is. ### 2/5 — Error when entering date *2023-10-27, version 1.2.2* Getting error when entering date ### 2/5 — Weekends *2021-08-19, version 1.0.131* My PA recently started to get ERROR message on weekends while trying to clock-in. It means I have to manually entered and write notes why and how. Now, new problem. PA in my presence while sitting in client’s room getting message that she is far away from location.
