Users, consider this app to be completely dysfunctional and an embarrassment for an international company of this size. Take it off the store so people don’t download it OR make it something that’s actually useful. Your business is humiliated if you use an app like this because the world runs on immediate communication. Carey is 25 years behind the times. That could be overlooked if Carey communicated with you when they don’t have a driver. I made a booking and it was confirmed with the slick tag line “We promise to provide uncompromising service.“ I arrived to designated pickup area and no one was there. After waiting ten minutes on hold with Carey, a rep says “sorry, we don’t have drivers.” He said it “must be an IT issue.” No real sense of concern. So much for “uncompromising service.” The interaction was all I needed to know that Carey is not worth any sort of premium. They do not offer a premium product.
