Extremely annoying! I have to scan the VIN and then carefully wait until it pulls the report before I move the phone. Why on earth would they program it to log you out while moving the phone? I have to use any of the free vin scanning apps which marvelously and instantly scan a vin then copy and paste it in to the Carfax app!!!! This has been happening for years.
