When searching for vehicles loads of adverts are incorrect either the photos are completely incorrect or the spec is different for example theres a listed Audi RS3 and all the photos are from an A1 or multiple cars ive searched its showing a van. Drivers window won’t go down had to pay an auto electrician to check the car. I was contacted and told that there had been a mix up and the car was sold to someone else. By this point they’ve ran a full credit check on me and paid out the money. So I needed to wait 48 hours for that to be paid off. However, when I was advised to go through the application again I was declined because an application had already been done. What makes it worse is that they never even contacted me to tell me. They let me pick out a car and even told me when I would collect it. My credit file has now been impacted and it’s because of sheer incompetence. If you have Sharde assist you on your car searching journey she is fantastic, Sharde was frequently in contact seeing how I have got on and with new cars listed on CF247 that meet my criteria… if ever I had any queries Sharde would answer them quickly and provide the answers I needed in a swift manner.
