The level of corruption they have reached, and the level of theft they have done themselves or allowed others to do is unprecedented. Ruke su vam krvave ### 3/5 — Please Add Apple/Google pay its 2024 *2024-08-11, version 3.9.115* The app is fine although it needs some tweaks would be better with the use of Apple Pay as it’s much quicker and you can choose which card u want to pay with from Apple Pay instead of having to put all ur details down everytime when u want to change ur card. Get with the times guys. Other than that great app for Serbia since Yandex go no longer works but even they had Apple Pay. Dugo je nisam koristila i sad kad pokusam da se ulogujem trazi da verufikujem broj telefona, kad pokušam kaže da je broj već verifikovan i javlja grešku. Ne postoji “back” dugme niti bilo koja druga opcija pa mi je trenutno app “zaglavljena” na verifikaciji. ne pomaze ugasi-upali. Instaliram je na drugom telefonu koji nikad ne koristim sa novim nalogom i tim brojema ali avaj! Kada je jednom instalirate ne postoji mogućnost da promenite ni broj telefona ni email adresu za slicaj da jedno od ta dva vise ne koristite. I sad imam aplikaciju na telefonu koji koristim ali ne radi i aplikaciju na drugom telefonu (sa drugim nalogom) koja radi ali taj broj ne koristim. Da ne pominjem da je gotovo nemoguće proveriti koliko bi koštala vožnja pre nego što je naručite i sva je verovatnoća da ćete pri tom pokušaju vožnju nehotice naručiti. Potpuno očekivano, podrška je očajna. već dva dana me vrte u krug a mejlovi koje su mi poslali naprasno više ne mogu da se učitaju. Pakao koji treba izbegavati. ### 2/5 — Detours. Poor Support. Drivers lacking language skills. *2023-09-27, version 3.9.98* It's disappointing when drivers either don't speak English or seem to feign ignorance, taking you on unplanned detours through the city's outskirts and blaming GPS errors. The customer support falls short, and their stance appears to be 'be grateful you arrived.' What's deeply concerning is the absence of GPS in cars, which leaves passengers in the dark about a driver's exact location and intentions. I’m in Belgrade but the verification text never arrived hope this is fixed soon so that I don’t have to get a SIM card with a different number every time I come to Serbia. **update** reached out to the apps contact for my US number and they verified it quickly. I now have a different phone number and the app didn't allow me to change the phone number. I thought I'd delete the app and create a new account. That was not possible as my email was already recognised. I then deleted it again and tried creating a completely new account using another email and my UK number. As I said verification code was never received. So, now Im in this vicious circle that the app thinks I have two accounts, and cant use the first one because it has my incorrect phone number and the other where I could verify my uk phone number. I also have a Monzo card and have not had a chance to inser that yet.
