У вас есть 60 секунд бесплатной отмены(бред) просто рекомендую водителей блокировать(неответственных) а не красть деньги с карты размер комисии 10% Если у вас к примеру за эти 10 секунд (затупил интернет) и заказ тебе не подошел,в случае отмены крадут деньги с карты. Но если cargoo подают себя справедливой компание,нужно вам и водителей уважать. К примеру был заказ ‘’на конкретное время’’ я взял заказ сегодня на завтра. А завтра заказчик за два часа отменяет заказ, и ты в просаке. Потому что ты его ждешь,все другие заказы отменяешь ради этого,а этот слетел. Все, на этом справедливость компании cargoo для водителя заканчивается. Никакой компенсации, мне ответили: у вас еще есть пол дня для поиска заказа, и смайлик прикрепили, фу Но если бы я отменил я, то с меня украли деньги.
