In the year 2023 you shouldn’t have to wait for an app to load it information for over 10 minutes. So if you need an app that you can use on demand, this is not it. Every time you get new information it Hass to reload and it takes 10 minutes plus. The developers do not know what they’re doing when it comes to developing apps.

Locking up during inspections 
Can’t back out of crash have to restart phone to fix
Then crashes during next inspection 
Have to inspect vehicle again then crashes again 
Locks up if you lose internet connection 
If you’re going to put the application out there then do the maintenance as well

It seems the developers did not have a very clear idea of how the app should behave to make an intuitive experience for the users.

Long story short after last update there is an issue. When the app is opened it takes multiple attempts to load. Inspection download screen is trying to run for 2-3 minutes and than a time out error pops up. Now I have to open and close the app couple times to get it work properly. It takes up to 5 minutes each time. Please fix this ASAP.

I found this app to be easy to use and it has advanced features. If you’ve taken lots of photos expect some time to upload them if using cell connection vs. Wi-Fi.
