Tesla (…) Model 3s and other proper cars distributed throughout Riga, including at the airport.

Better than a rental place where the car you choose is a misleading example of the type of car you’ll get.

Account creation UI accepts any region code (+1, for example) but only EU numbers actually work. 👋 developers.

Tech support is highly responsive and helpful during regular hours.

Find your car and unlock. Get really familiar with those safety features! Then go. And enjoy. 👌

When you’re done, simply return the car to a designated area and get bus tickets.

Приложение и сами машины - отличные. Часто бывает так что само приложение не открывается и виснет. Не удобно когда это происходит в не подходящий момент

When you select fix plan, you expect that it predicts traffic, but in case of Carguru it is not, so I got to pay 1.3x higher rate because the traffic was slow. That’s my conclusion because the app didn’t show any explanations. I went directly to destination without stops and received higher amount to pay than was shown during the booking. It is not honest!

Do NOT rent from this company they cheat and lie. I saw that a 24 hour rental of the vehicle I chose was €25.99. I thought great - I need a car for the day. In the end they charged me over €35 claiming that I had to pay pro kilometer above the charge. It ONLY showed the pro km charge on the short term info. They LIE. I have cancelled my account and will never use them again.

I live in Pumpuri which is a very good neighborhood in Jurmala and Carguru pulled out its services from that area due to “dangerous area”. Doesn’t make sense. I used to use Carguru often but now it feels a hassle to leave it midway and go by bus with full grocery bags, and still pay a lot of money for inconvenience. Switching to other car-sharing services.

Установил приложение, регистрируюсь. Проверяю - приложение за один день скачало 750 Мб!!! Это очень неприятно, особенно в роуминге!!! Что можно скачать на 750 мб, когда вся карта Латвии в Гугл мэпс весит 100 мб?

I was stranded on a Sunday with no bus in sight, and then I saw a Car Guru right across the street. This was my first time, so I was not sure what to expect. But it was so easy and the car was clean and very nice to drive! The best thing is that it was half the price of a Bolt or taxi! Thank you!!!
